How to Submit a Claim to Coastal
Coastal makes it easy to submit medical claims electronically, which reduces turnaround time and processing errors. When you submit your claims electronically, be sure to include Coastal’s payer ID: 77052.
Dental claims need to be submitted using paper forms. If you need to submit a paper-based claim for medical or dental services, please print out and complete the appropriate form for Medical or Dental. You can find complete instructions here if needed. Once you fill it out, submit it to:
